Member Tools:

  • VIEW / SEND E-MAIL

    Allows members to view ad send e-mail messages to each other. The JCKmarketplace email system is a closed system and exists only within the JCKmarketplace. This was done to protect the privacy of our members.

  • EDIT ITEM LISTINGS

    This takes you to the Edit Items page, which if you have any items listed in any of the marketplace will display the number of items you have listed and allow you to update them.

  • ADD ITEM LISTING

    This takes you to the Add Items menu which allows you to post songle items for sale of multi diamonds in an approved format, it also allows you to post a Buy Request.

Contacting a Member

  1. You can contact a JCKmarketplace member by click the Contact Seller link in any detail page in the marketplace.
  2. You can contact a member by clicking on the Contact Member link in a discussion topic they posted.
  3. You can contact a member by clicking the Contact link in a Buy Request.
  4. You can also Contact a member by clicking on the View/Send Email link in the Member Tools section.
    • In the Options Section, click on the Address Book link to open the JCKmarketplace Address Book.
    • You can search for members by their Last Name or Company Name.
    • Click on the first letter of either their Last Name or Company Name.
    • Click on the Send Email button next to the Person's name who you want to send an email to.
    • The Address Book will automatically close and the Recipient's username is now in the To: box
    • Enter a Subject, type your message and hit Send.

Posting a Buy Request

  1. You must be signed in to post a Buy Request.
  2. Click on category under the Marketplace in which you want to post the Buy Request.
  3. On the main page of each Marketplace category, there is a link to Post Request to Buy,
  4. Click on the link, then fill out as much information as you have and click on the button at the bottom of the page to submit the request.

Finding a Diamond

  1. You do not need to be a member to search for a diamond on the JCKmarketplace, but you can not view the contact information of the seller.
  2. From the front page, click on Diamonds under Marketplaces, or from any other page select Diamonds from the Marketplaces drop down menu.
  3. You can search for a diamond based on the company that is selling the diamond, the shape, color, clarity, size or price.
  4. To select more than one value in the scroll boxes, hold the ctrl key while clicking on your selection.
  5. Additional search options are available by click on Additional Criteria.
  6. You can select the order of your search results by date added or limit them by how long they have been on the site.
  7. Search results are returned 50 to a page, with a short description, for more details click on the picture if there is one, or click on the details link.
  8. To contact the seller, click on the Contact Seller button at the bottom of the detail page.
  9. You can view the feedback on the member by clicking on the View Member Feedback link under the seller's contact information.
  10. You can save the item by clicking on the Save Item button. You can view these items by clicking on the Edit Saved Items link under the Member Tools drop down menu.
